Job Description Sentara Healthcare is currently recruiting for a qualified Marketing ands Public Relations Coordinator for their busy Materials Management division in Chesapeake.
Candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating the marketing materials of the DOCxdirect program to privately owned medical groups. Must possess exceptional customer service skill. Will provide customer support by assisting with supply needs, training on ordering systems and research solutions. This position reports to the DOCxdirect Program Manager.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education: minimum of Associates Degree required.
Experience: 3 years customer service experience in the medical field. Consideration given for familiarity with Materials Management functions and/or experience within Sentara.
Medical product knowledge and/or experience preferred.
Key Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
