Audit of work packages, work instructions, parts and technical
data
Analysis of quality data to determine actions required to reduce
the cost of poor quality (COPQ)
Investigation/documentation and closure of customer escapes and
manufacturing nonconformances
Lead problem resolution teams
Provide written reports on escape status to customers and
management Team
Lead Root Cause investigations
Review and approve First Article Investigations (FAI's)
Maintain Clinic certification
Prepare and publish Quality reports for unit management
Audit and maintain process certification data in ACE billboard
Lead process certification/PFMEA efforts.
High School or General Equivalency Diploma 5
years of Quality experience
Fluent in MS Office suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Possess excellent Root Cause Analysis skills
Possess excellent blueprint and specification interpretation
skills
Ability to work independently
Available for travel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Fluent in SAP transactions utilized in the Quality Clinic
Understand and comply with Export Compliance Regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain
workflow, to include overtime
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
