## Position
Summary:
VillaKids Lead Associate works under the general direction of VillaKids Supervisor and VillaKids Director to ensure smooth program operations. Position will provide operational expertise to department and train staff on programs, policies and procedures and systems. VillaKids Lead Associate will supervise department operations in Supervisor''s and Director''s absence.

Qualifications:
Experience supervising child care programs or activities
Understanding of children's behavior
Ability to implement children's curriculum and programs
Proficient in Excel and MSWord.
Experience with transactional (POS) systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
High standards in ethics and service
College degree preferred
First Aid/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire date
Position requires both adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR certification
