Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Growing company is looking for a strong leader to lead their Financial Planning and Analysis group. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. You will interact regularly with the senior leadership team providing them with insights, recommendations and reporting. You will play a critical role in supporting and working with leaders in the sales department to help them understand their business better.
Responsibilities:
Analyze new deals, customer disputes, and pricing. Provide information to sales team to help them make informed decisions
Review financial statements
Evaluate the company's performance against budget and prior year
Create metrics to improve understanding of business for better decision making.
Work with leaders to improve profitability and assist with pricing decisions
Create the long-range plan
Supervise a team of analysts
Requirements:
B.S. degree in finance or accounting; MBA highly preferred

years of fp&a experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience supporting sales teams from a finance perspective
Must be a strong Excel/Access user and have data manipulation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, hands on, detail oriented with the ability to take the initiativeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
