Reporting to the licensing concerning the operation of the center and interpreting recognized standard of care and supervision to the licensee.
Developing an administrative plan and procedure to ensure clearly defined lines of responsibility, equitable workloads and adequate supervision
Recruiting, employing and training qualified employees and terminating the employment of employees who perform in an unsatisfactory manner.
Implementing and monitoring appropriate center policies, procedures, programs and budgets
Maintaining billing and accounting systems
Developing and conducting marketing and public relations activities
Coordinating with all applicable government and regulatory agencies and establishing collaborative relationship with the other health and social service providers and related agencies in the city, county, and state.
Assist the President in the development of policies and procedures related to operational systems and assure. -Proactively identify, assess and resolve operational problems and keep lines of communication open with staff to ensure high functioning teams and systems throughout.
Assure scheduling assistance is provided to schedule appropriate observation for privileging.
Maintain a safe work environment.
5 years experience in offered position.
Bachelor Degree in Health Care Sciences or related field
