Leddy Group is seeking a Production Coordinator in Londonderry. Production Coordinator is a highly-skilled professional who has expertise in manufacturing workflow and managing personnel. Working under the supervision of the Plant Manager, this individual will assist with the coordination of all activities related to the manufacturing and production of the organization by overseeing the day-to-day management of people and resources associated with the plant.
Responsibilities
Support daily manufacturing and shipping follow-up. Help monitor daily production performance, as well as shipping needs, and report any issues to the Plant Manager.
Provide support managing the manufacturing and shipping personnel to ensure that any HR-related concerns, issues, and documentation, including reviews and write-ups, are addressed and processed in a timely manner.
Monitor warehouse functions to ensure that all related tasks are being performed properly and in a timely manner.
Provide support establishing and managing daily personnel allocations for the production floor to ensure all scheduled machines are properly staffed.
Provide scheduling support of all activities needed to ensure customer orders are ready and shipped on time.
Manage inventory/supply requests from production personnel.
Coordinate finished goods flow from production floor to Warehouse.
Monitor incoming raw material to ensure it is received in a timely manner and production tag is signed out.
Investigate inventory discrepancies
Candidates should have an associates degree and 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of supply chain management, excellent communication and team management skills, and be able to multi-task.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
