Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Write program code, use development tools or otherwise develop the application to meet the project specifications and requirements. Compile documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Provide technical support to the production server. Research and review existing information systems to determine compatibility with client needs and develop Client-Server applications to communicate with legacy systems. Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Work with various technologies such as Java, J2EE or .Net, VB.Net or C#, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server Database systems and SharePoint 2007/2010.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, plus five years of progressive experience in an IT environment as a Programmer/ Analyst, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer or Senior (Technical) Consultant. Experience must include the following technical skills: Java, J2EE or .Net, VB.Net or C#, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server Database systems and SharePoint 2007/2010. Commute to client work sites in Washington DC metro area may be required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
