To serve as clinical research coordinator during the conduct of clinical research trials at the investigative site. By performing the job descriptions below and other duties as assigned, you will be able to facilitate the research process by increasing productivity, decreasing costs, and decreasing the time of the approval process.
Job Functions:
Performs site management activities and consultative services to clinical site personnel.
Conducts pre-study, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out monitoring visits.
Maintains close communication with clinical sites to ensure adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.
Produce timely and comprehensive visit and status reports.
Monitors source documentation, informed consent documents, queries generated by Data Management, and device accountability.
Observes study enrollment rates and assists with implementation of techniques to maximize enrollment rates.
Assists in training of investigators and study coordinators.
Review and assess protocol for clarity, thoroughness, logistical feasibility, maintaining subject safety and welfare.
Determine subject population availability.
Determine facility and equipment availability.
Develop time lines for conducting and completing the clinical trial.
List and clarify concerns and questions with the principal investigator and sponsor.
(e.g., subject population, sponsor expectations, enrollment, study procedures).
Propose and negotiate alternatives to improve protocol implementation (e.g., inclusion/exclusion criteria, concomitant medications).
Attend and participate in investigator's meeting with sponsor.
Consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner inEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
