The following is a summary of expectations and responsibilities associated with the position:
Greet clients enthusiastically
Schedule appointments effectively
Answer phones
Communicate with clients regarding treatments, procedures and other services to support the client care team
Check-in and out all clients
Have an active interest in aesthetic services in order to provide information to prospective clients
Closing and opening duties as it pertains to reconciliation of monetary transactions
