We keep growing and growing and growing; hence, the need for someone like you. We''re currently looking to hire a full-time Mobile Product Manager to join our team.
We are willing to offer excellent compensation packages including a base salary that ranges between $85K-$130K, Bonus, Benefits, etc.
#### What You Will Be Doing
Work with one of our UX designers to sketch wireframes to improve a feature on the app
Monitor the landscape for new business opportunities or technologies and evaluate them to see if they make sense for us. Keep tabs on competitors and see if they''ve come up with something new and if we can do better
Brainstorm new concepts with the design and engineering teams and figuring out the scope of a project. Help prioritize our roadmap and chunk things out into manageable milestones and deliver an MVP. Build product requirements and own a project to completion
Gather feedback on a newly released product feature from our community or business partners, and gracefully respond with a quick fix to a bug they discovered
Coordinate with the marketing team to monitor and analyze paid install campaigns or marketing campaigns. You might end up building customized experiences for paid installs vs organic for example
Collaborate with reporting teams to measure and test your releases. Analyze what works, what doesn''t, and find new things to test.
Review new features and testing them with the QA teams
Prioritize tasks. Sometimes unexpected bugs appear or third party SDKs break you''ll have to decide whether to fix it now and put other projects at risk, or if you''ll postpone the release to give the team time to fix it
You''ll be critical in keeping the rest of the team in sync with initiatives and communicating to them the progress of multiple projects.
Responsible for giving everyone insight to the inner workings of the product development lifecycle
#### What You Need for this Position
5
years of product management, development, or UI/UX design experience. Mobile a must
BA/BS in Computer Science or engineering
Prior experience as an engineer/coder
Experience managing product specs, roadmaps and developer & designer work pipelines
Strong understanding UX and visual design, including mobile and tablet
Experience conceptualizing and implementing products across all platforms and devices
Entrepreneurial drive and a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced agile environment
Ability to balance technical and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts
