Major division of a tier one supplier is searching for several highly skilled maintenance technicians to support their CNC machining operation. Due to growth, this division has invested in several new CNC lathes and CNC machining centers. Our client offers good benefits, 401K with company match, possible career growth, continuous machine tool training and good work environment. We have openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
The CNC Maintenance Technician will need either mechanical or electrical repair and troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of CNC lathes, mills and/or machining centers is needed. Mechanical candidates will need the ability o perform PMs, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair. Experience changing bearings, spindles, ball screws, bushings and common ware parts. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and machine controls is preferred. Electrical / electronic candidates will need the ability to diagnose and replace panels, cards, servo motors, drive motors, limit switches, prox switches, relays and PLCs. Strong troubleshooting and ability to resolve down time issues is required. The ideal candidate will have advanced machine to training on CNC machine tools and ability to read diagrams or schematics. Knowledge of machine controls is a huge plus. Our client has over 100 CNC machine tools.
MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience diagnosing, repairing and maintaining CNC machine tools. Interested candidates will need either strong mechanical or electrical / electronic repair or both. Experience working on CNC lathes and CNC mills is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose down time issues is a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
