In this fast paced position, you will handle front to back accounts payable. Opening mail, matching purchase orders to invoices, cutting and mailing checks as well as dealing with vendor calls. Additionally, you will processes weekly cash requirement reports, determine which invoices should be paid and submit reports to supervisor for approval. Research invoices and mark with appropriate accounting codes; prepare spreadsheets summarizing larger invoices; submit invoices to staff accountants for coding approval. In order to be considered, you must have 2
