Optomi, in partnership with an industry leading workforce management Technology Company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to fulfill a long-term contract with a client located in Alpharetta, GA.
Successful candidates' responsibilities would include: designing and developing applications using a variety of technologies including but not limited to ASP.Net, MVC, WCF, multiple databases, open source, and 3rd party solutions.

years of Enterprise Software Development in high performance high availability environments using ASP.Net/C#
Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, WPF, WCF, Linq is a plus
In-depth experience with jQuery and AJAX developing web applications and custom web controls
Experience with web UI frameworks (e.g. Knockout, Angular.js etc.)
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Single-Page Applications, etc. a plus.
Senior Level Experience with C# language and patterns
Experience with database development using MS SQL Server
Ability to contribute to every layer of a vertical slice of functionality as an Agile (SCRUM) team member
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed designs with Technical Architects, Business Analysts and User Experience Designers
Participate in team activities: Story pointing, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Release Planning
Develop software components
Develop and execute Unit Tests
Gain an in-depth understanding of business requirements
Assist with technical design
Decompose stories and create detail tasks that resolve the business problem
Participate in agile team by using agile practices: identify complexity and apply refactoring
Perform code reviews: verify extensibility and assure complexity has been minimized
Test and integrate with other development tasks
Identify agile development processes, which lend themselves to driving down defects
Demonstrate problem solving and innovation
Analyze requirements and design for accuracy and completenessEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
