Our Atlanta division is looking for experienced New Homes Sales Counselors. Our ideal candidate possesses enthusiasm for home sales, rapport-building abilities and is computer savvy.
Requirements
o High-school diploma (college degree preferred)
o New homes sales experience in high-volume homebuilding preferred
o Current working knowledge of construction is helpful
o Knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting new home sales (i.e., Fair Housing)
o PC and software literate
o Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability
o Effective problem-solver
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent organizational, management and team-building skills
o Ability to prepare, present and coordinate sales and marketing plans and programs
o Reliable transportation
o Ability to work weekends/holidays a mustEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
