Cinder Solutions is looking for a solid Instructional Design Engineer to fill a position with one of our growing clients in Chandler, AZ. This is a full time, 40 hour a week position that includes a full range of benefits including PTO and healthcare coverage.

Responsibilities:
Will work with lead Instructional Designer in designing and developing performance support materials (Job aids, release notes, and video demos.) May involve some Technical writing. Experience with Snagit and Camtasia and development of short web demos helpful.
Required Skills:
- Experienced in authoring with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience w/ flash, HTML, XML a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and schedule effectively using Outlook.
- Ability to work in a virtual online environment using Live Meeting, Communicator, SharePoint, phone collaboration meetings.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of standard software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Acrobat.
