Design technical solutions on ServiceNow platform to implement IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Create rules to track configuration items and assets as part of Asset Management and Configuration Management processes. Write JavaScript code within business rules to run as server-side scripts. Build workflows for the ITSM processes which incorporate managerial and peer approvals, database value updates, sub-task creation and management. Integrate external environments such as Active Directory (AD), Single Sign On (SSO), Microsoft SCCM, Fusion A/V using LDAP and SOAP Web services. Create transform maps for data imports using files, HTTP, or JDBC connections. Create user interface (UI) pages and UI Macros, a major part of content management systems (CMS) using HTML, CSS and jelly scripting. Build and administer ServiceNow reports that include user and managerial dashboards. Design and develop custom applications for in-house projects. Create and deliver project documents through Business Requirements and Technical Design documents.
REQUIRED: Master's in Computer Science or IT with 6 months of experience as Web Application Developer or Web Developer required. Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL database and AJAX required. Also, experience with Waterfall and Agile software development methodology is required. May telecommute approx.20%.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
