Job Description:
Will perform Detailed Systems Engineering Planning and Design for the following :
Inventory Management
Provisioning Management
Fault Management
Account Management
Security & Reporting
Need to be able to determine what changes are required in the systems and processes based upon high level business requirements.
Lead the requirements documentation (Network Management Technical Plans (NMTPs)) that IT team uses to determine what to develop and how their new development fits within the larger service.
Author deployment test plans based upon their NMTPs that operations team uses to validate that everything is working as expected in production.
Working closely with cross-function teams including multiple vendors, operations, IT (systems development) to solidify Network Management design.
Strong Written documentation skills and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge on the following disciplines:
Experience in System Engineering Designing of OSS Systems which includes, Inventory management, Provisioning Management, Fault Management and Performance Management solutions for large scale Networks
Strong Domain knowledge on Control Plane applications such as DNS, DHCP, NTP and IT Systems.
The engineers must have knowledge of SNMP, syslogs, MIBs, alarm correlation.
Experience: -5-8 years

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
