Job Description
Accurately record and compile data and perform miscellaneous administrative duties for Laramie River Station (LRS). This position has frequent contact with all plant employees. External contacts include vendors and visitors to the plant, seminar sponsors, and people requesting tours.
Required Skills
This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching below shoulder level, lifting up to 10 pounds, and use of keyboard/computer; and occasional bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and reaching above shoulder level. Finger dexterity, ability to perform close work, good hearing and color vision, and the ability to speak are required. Requires reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills; ability to analyze data and reports; and the ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and when working with incoming calls and visitors. Equipment used includes a computer terminal, calculator, fax machine, scanner, copier, two-way radio, gai-tronics, phone system, postage meter and security system.
Required Experience
Required:Completion of a two-year post-secondary administration program and one year of administrative experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of administrative procedures and related administrative functions of an organization. Good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, grammatical and typing skills, as well as word processing experience. Also, general software skills and internet research abilities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
