Part time, Emergency Roads Service, Customer Service Representative needed for a call center in the Metro Detroit area. This position is with a premier client in a new beautiful building convenient to most freeway arties and public transportation.

Working hours: 25+
Job functions:
To assist customers in distress or in need of emergency road service and member services. Inter-acting with vendors such as: towing companies, garages and repair shops, ensuring great customer service and call handling in compliance with customer''s metrics.
Must be able to:
Type 30 words per minute
Familiar with Google Maps
Handle customers in stressful or distress situations
Must be willing to work rotating shifts, some weekends and holidays and overtime as needed Open availability.
Must be able to complete three and a half week training program from 12pm-9pm
This position is a temp to perm position paying $10.75-$11.29 an hour.
Required:
High School Diploma/GED, some college is a plus.
Previous call center experience is a plus.
