Position Purpose:
This position will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of technical training on various company products and platforms.
Essential Job
Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain blended curriculum and supporting documentation for both instructor-led and eLearning formats for technical audiences
o Delivery of technical training
o Consult with internal clients to understand training requirements and design appropriate solutions
o Lead development of document structures and prepare a variety of documents with minor guidance, brainstorm issues with clients, go beyond scope when necessary and appropriate, draw out emerging insights, make strong impression in all oral communications, remain confident and in control, even with difficult audiences. Answer difficult questions thoughtfully.

Qualifications:
Education
:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Job-Related
Experience:
o 1 or more years' experience developing and delivering technical training
o Experience writing procedures and/or documentation
Technical
Experience:
o Database systems experience (an example would be SQL Server)
o Operating systems (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008)
o Windows Networking
o Distributed systems and mainframe technologies
o Demonstrated proficiency with various scripting and web-based languages including JavaScript, , PowerShell
o Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
o Systems security experience preferred
o Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
