Requirements
o At least 2 years of automotive aftermarket sales or retail management experience.
o Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
o Excellent organizational skills
o Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player with excellent communication skills
o Must have reliable transportation
o Must have valid driver's license
The Ideal Customer Sales Manager Will Also Possess:
o Experience managing at least 2 automotive technicians or 2 direct reports working in a retail environment
o Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive technician, automotive service manager, service writer, or retail manager
o Proven sales experience
