Key Role:
Provide subject matter expertise for all aspects of doctrine and requirements development for Host Based Security System (HBSS). Maintain responsibility for establishment of requirements, concept development, and drafting of various forms of doctrine, including TTP and whitepapers. Evaluate and validate contents of these documents and the transition of their contents into doctrine. Leverage expertise in HBSS and general doctrine development, including CONOPS development, Navy and Joint concept development and experimentation, Navy C5I capabilities, and warfighting areas and apply organization, planning, and communication expertise to support all facets of the doctrine development life cycle. Leverage significant senior-level Navy operational experience with maritime missions, functions, and tasks and demonstrate a robust working knowledge of the Navy, naval, and Joint concepts and the processes through which they were derived.
Basic
Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with IT in areas of systems, networks, and applications
-2 years of experience with HBSS policy management, including McAfee HBSS ePO 4.0 and above
-2 years of experience writing TTPs, CONOPS, and whitepapers
-Experience with Navy operations in maritime missions, functions, and tasks
-Knowledge of Microsoft GPOs
-Ability to prepare oral briefings to present updates to senior Navy leadership
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
-DoD 8570 Compliance IAT Level II Certification required
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with administering McAfee HBSS ePO 4.0 and above
-Experience with Host Intrusion Prevention System (HIPS) signature development
-Knowledge of Navy networks and network operations, including NGEN and ONE-NET
-Knowledge of Navy, naval, and Joint C5I capabilities
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in a technical field preferred
-DoD 8570 Compliance IAT Level III Certification preferred
-CISSP, CISM, or GSLC Certification
