Caesars Midsouth has an immediate opening for Valet Attendant at Horseshoe Tunica Casino & Hotel. This position is part time and will work a varied schedule to meet business demands.
Responsible for the safe operation and transport of vehicles on company property, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls. Greeting the hotel guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Parking and securing cars by locking doors, closing all hatches and rolling the windows up. Retrieving cars in a timely manner. Loading and unloading luggage, packages, wheelchairs etc., to and from the vehicles.
Assists guests promptly and courteously in Valet check-in and check-out.
Parks vehicles in designated areas of the property, than accurately records the location of the vehicle onto a Valet receipt, which is attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the Valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property.
Promptly clears ramp area of cars to be parked.
Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum one year experience, working directly with customers.
Must possess a valid driver''s license, as well as a good driving record.
Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally & written, in English.
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the property.Must be able to lift 30 pounds.Must be able to stand and walk during majority of shift.Must be able to tolerate and work shift in inclement weather.
