Job Description:
Trains all incoming Warehouse workers on positions throughout the facility.
Job Duties May Include:
Giving facility tours.
Training groups from 5-10 associates on warehouse positions.
Documenting training materials and following through on new hire progress.
Performing warehouse duties in various departments to assist in meeting production goals.
Evaluation of new hires progress in learning position and determining whether the new hire is able to perform the functions of the role.
Maintaining a positive work environment by being the go to person for any associate in the warehouse.
Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience training associates in a warehouse environment.
Must have ability to use WMS systems, RF Scanner equipment and general knowledge of warehouse tools.
Must be willing to work 4 days a week and open to working weekends.
Pay:
Based on experience.
