POSITION
Summary:
The Marketing Manager will support growth owning and improving both the customer experience and the sales pipeline. She or he will work with functional partners to forecast, analyze, and improve the order mix to optimize the return on available assets in a highly seasonal business. This role requires a solid understanding of basic marketing principles and a proven background in both analytical and creative processes. The successful candidate will bring a positive, team-based attitude and a high level of self-motivation.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in finance, marketing, communications, or business administration and three years of marketing or product management experience.
Experience in consumer services preferred. Experience measuring and improving customer satisfaction in a consumer services environment strongly preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
