Responsible for assigning and managing account numbers for FM Global company clients. This includes thorough research of customer affiliations, requests client identification approval as needed and managing the account number into all the appropriate systems.
Coordinates the transfer of accounts and/or business interests including merger/acquisitions and spinoffs with the operations. This process involves multiple systems and is a multi-step process involving operations and corporate departments. The Procedure Specialist must also analyze and resolve any issues that occur during or as the result of the transfer process.
Creates and/or updates all reinsurer and reinsurance intermediary information in all the appropriate systems.
Creates and/or updates all prospect/client and non-prospect client information in all the appropriate systems, requests client identification approval if needed. This includes account name and address changes, account team changes, brokers, coinsurers, ceding companies, WRP's and insured codes.
Additional responsibilities include supporting operations and provide assistance for all issues involving the above accountabilities, participating in the requirement gathering process and business testing for several applications and maintaining the Entity Control Procedures with current and accurate information.

High school graduate or equivalent.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
