Overview

The Senior CRM Business Analyst is responsible for documenting, supporting and implementing new CRM solutions for various entities across the enterprise. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with internal clients to gather, understand and document their business processes and requirements at a detailed level that can be translated into technical specifications and test scripts. This documentation will be created using many different approaches as appropriate and will result in thorough documentation of business requirements, user stories, process diagrams, test cases, regression testing scripts, etc. The Senior Business Analyst will also conduct and/or facilitate end to end user testing and integration testing. This role also supports the development of product life-cycle roadmaps for the supported platforms while ensuring products and services meet defined service levels through monitoring, metrics analyses, and frequent contact with business customers.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing systems, application/product development, and/or COTS systems integration.
Extensive experience documenting business processes, business/software product requirements and test scripts is required.
Ability to interpret and map current state of back office practices, and align them with available applications.
Must possess a solid understanding of appropriate back office workflows, commercially available CRM technology, relational database concepts, and COTS system implementations.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Knowledge and Skills

Requirements management skills, including solicitation skills and RM tool(s).
Current industry protocols, standards, and technologies.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience utilizing MS Visual Studio and working within an Agile development environment strongly preferred.
Must have the ability to convey technical concepts that satisfy business requirements.
Must understand advanced business process design and have experience with workflow redesign.
Experience with healthcare, clinical systems or insurance would be helpful but not required.
Experience utilizing MS Dynamics CRM preferred.

This is a contract to direct with an hourly wage of $40 - 70/Hr. DOE. Must be able to work for any employer here in the US. No H1B company sponsorships.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
