Roles / Responsibilities
Engage in a high level of salesmanship and customer service with customers looking to pawn or sell items
Complete all required ATF Forms necessary for the loan and sales of firearms
Uphold an organized and professional work environment
Monitor inventory and merchandise on floor
Obtain sales goal outlined by company
Desired Skills / Experience
High level of pawn experience
Customer service and Salesmanship
Time management
Communication
Experience with Title Lending is a plus
Experience working with firearms
Minimum 1 year in the Pawn industry or similar sales / loan experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
