Job Description:
Supervises a staff of employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Assures the optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, fire/life safety, elevators, etc. May oversee contractors for facilities renovation project entailing, HVAC, electrical, production floor arrangement, etc. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager.-Proven record of managing complex tasks requiring integration and coordination with other departments and organizations. Proven record of managing areas of responsibility with limited direct supervision. Ability to initiate and manage required relationships with vendors outside the company and with other departments within the company
Required Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent plus 5 or more years experience. Work is generally performed in a normal office environment where there is minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Job assignments may require working at client site where working conditions may vary. Travel may be required.
