We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a F&B; Supervisor Beverage. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include:
The F&B; Supervisor assists the F&B; Operations Manager with scheduling, training, evaluating, and counseling of cast members on assigned shift and outlet.
Administers the overall activities of the front of house restaurant operations and beverage operations
Establishes and administers training programs within the assigned restaurant and lounge
Counsels, guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties
Directs the development and administration of controls for all phases of the restaurant in an economical and profitable manner while maintaining established standards
Assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and inspects menu items for maximum customer satisfaction
Supervises staff on shift and ensures proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service with minimum labor hours
Ensures that available facilities are adequate for performance of duties by assigned personnel
Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures, and follows up to ensure that hazards are eliminated
Monitors appearance of food served and communicates deviations from standard
Performs assigned input work in compiling annual budgets
Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance reviews of assigned personnel
Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the company
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
Knowledgeable in total food & beverage service
Promotional events experience preferred
Ability to train, follow and execute training manuals
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
