Job Summary
The Supervisor Client Set-up and Maintenance is responsible for the scheduling and prioritization of workload for the department. This position may also lead the work of others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
Supervise production within department, i.e. scheduling work, load balancing and prioritizing projects to ensure all deadlines are met
Oversees staff to ensure that all pre-established metrics are being met by the team, while using standards of performance measurements
Operate as the point of contact for escalated issues. Resolve issues and communicates cross functionally, as required.
Mentor, coach and evaluate performance for both exempt and non-Exempt employees
Ensures all SOX Controls are being adhered to
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has direct supervision of 12-25 employees .
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Required: High School Diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent experience
3-5 years of previous experience in production environment
Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to create, develop and present Power Point presentations
Ability to excel in a fluid team, face-paced environment
Critical thinking ability
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
