Our client, a booming industry leader, is currently seeking 2 temporary contract Cost Accounting Clerks!
Position Hours:
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Project duration may last 6 months - 2 years.
Pay: Starting at $15/hr (based on experience)
Duties will include:
Enter daily labor, equipment and material sheets into excel spreadsheets
Assist Field Analyst with daily reports
Ensure that all information is received from the field on time
Help ensure that all contractor invoices meet all the invoicing requirements
File all labor, equipment and material sheets
Assist with invoice validations
Assist with tracking work order budgets and identifying any work orders that will need to be revised
Informing the Project Engineer and Field Analyst when all invoices have been paid and a work order is ready to be closed
Assist with other requested projects.
Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Qualified candidates will be:
Bachelors degree in accounting preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Detail oriented, with an eye for accuracy
Experienced in data entry and accounting, at least 2 years of experience is required.
Open to a contract assignment and willing to commit to the duration of the assignment
