Role Description :
Plan, design and maintain the overall performance and reliability of the Service Delivery Network Ecosystem.
Lead design and development of infrastructure and application monitors and alerting procedures within the service delivery network.
Research, prototype, evaluate and recommend operational monitor and logging tools.
Support Connected Services product development process by representing network ops in new feature discussions to assess impact to infrastructure, operations and monitoring.
Support Day to Day operational support of all EESE-CS products and features.
Assist with high level support as required and provide input on daily operations.
Assess, optimize and continually improve network design.
Monitor application and network infrastructure.
Work with the appropriate suppliers or IT partners to troubleshoot incidents, perform analysis and determine root cause.
Develop infrastructure performance metrics to identify trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve success rates and/or optimize transaction timing.
Investigate network and infrastructure problems and perform root cause analysis.
Recommend proposed network and application changes for long term corrective measures.
Lead management of infrastructure upgrade deployments.

Qualifications
Skills Required:
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and triage large scale multi-partner information technology eco-systems.
Hands on experience with functional and performance testing (manual, automated).
Effective communications skills to interact with suppliers, and other IT partners.
Organizational skills for active priority setting and consultation.
Flexibility and pro-active self-starter with the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
Systems Engineering Processes and Methodologies.
Motivated to learn and apply new technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience Required:
Experience in the area of managing the day-to-day operations of a 24x7 telematics service.
Distributed / Cloud Environments
Development experience with Service Orientated Architecture design utilizing open source Enterprise Service Bus (WSO2 Carbon)
Application Servers / Middleware including IBM WebSphere/Apache/Tomcat/WebLogic, ActiveMQ, WebSphereMQ
Strong understanding of database modeling and programming (MySQL, Oracle, UDB)
Education Required:
BSEE, BSIT, or related field

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
