Export Coordinator Position relates to processing export shipments of auto parts, which are supplied and shipped from various North America suppliers Dealing directly and daily with vendors, customers, and service providers. Process and monitor customer orders and shipments. Coordination with freight forwarder, NVOCC and or steam ship lines booking confirmation and air shipments as needed. Prepare export documents for ocean and air (including Packing list, Commercial Invoice, Master Bill of Lading) in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Files export declaration via AES Direct system as needed. Coordination with warehouse personnel audit of cargo proper loading of cargo in ocean containers in order to maximize cubic space capacity. Verify all shipping documentation for accuracy. Attributes: Export/Import Experience preferred Must have excellent analytical skills. Must be extremely attentive to details. Must have strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and to work under deadlines and pressure. Must be highly motivated and be a strong team player. Must be dependable and organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferably bilingual). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel desired. Familiar with a variety of the export concepts, practices, and procedures desired. Bilingual highly desired (Spanish / Brazilian Portuguese) Will report to Export Manager but work closely with all other Export Coordinators.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
