Job Summary
Supports business objectives and management decision making by developing, preparing and maintaining financial analyses and spreadsheets for any of the following specialty areas: budgeting, financial planning & analysis, cash and debt management, risk management and/or investor relations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial analyses and reports for management, the Board of Directors and external reporting.
- Develops budgets and financial forecasts in support of executive decision making.
- Creates and maintains financial reconciliations for actual results compared to prior periods, budgets and forecasts and analyze variances.
- Prepares financial analyses, special projects and ad hoc reporting as required; oversee certain analyses and projects.
- Creates and maintains detailed spreadsheets that support executive decision making.
- Develops and maintains monthly and annual capital budgets and capital forecast models.
- Assists with investor reporting materials, including earnings press releases, earnings presentations and call scripts.
- Assists with ongoing analysis of Investor Relations best practices. Evaluates ITC practices & proposals for improvement.
- Manages investor communications including maintaining analyst list, coordinating investor conferences and visits, fielding investor calls and requests and establishing follow up as appropriate.
- Performs analyses of investor monitoring including, weekly & monthly monitoring reports and logging investor contacts.
- Performs analyses of analyst models compared to ITC forecast and long-term models. Assists with development of financial support and presentations for communicating with investments banks, rating agencies and investors.
- Assists in preparing financial analyses required for debt and equity offerings, financings, regulatory filings, etc.
- Assists with software implementation for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with major in a business field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.).
- Minimum of five (5) years of related financial analysis experience preferably in budget development or investor relations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with Power Plant software preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to learn and utilize job specific software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
