Our top General Managers earn in excess of 55K- 65K annually in salary and bonus. We prefer candidates who are HU graduates with current McDonald?s experience. Bi-lingual a plus. We will structure a creative incentive if you are the right candidate.
We are home to four multi-year Outstanding Manager Award winners, two Ray Kroc Award winners, and five Outstanding Restaurant award winners.
We are also ranked by McDonald''s as a Top 20% Operator in all measurements and have an outstanding track record in the development and retention of key personnel.
We are currently in the midst of a three year plan to reimage and remodel all of our restaurants to best in class.
