Position: Contract Recruiter - Has to go through pre-employment assessments and drug and background check. Also several interviews.
Responsibilities:
Corporate recruiter for 11 locations. Looking to fill 55 positions for Blue Collar Mechanic types. Building relationships, sourcing. Will assist FT Recruiter on staff. Uses the ATS ICIMS.
Qualifications:
Solid Full Cycle Recruiter. Will source, screen, interview, offer and do background check and employment assessments. Will take an agency recruiter or someone who has done lots of non-exempt.
10% Travel for job fairs
Length of Contract: 6 to 9 months
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
