Provides senior management level services in a direct or consulting role, to lead change, maximize employee potential, achieve results, improve business processes and improve communications.
Plans program strategies and organizes resources to accomplish management, organizational, and business improvement services.
Provides leadership in government meetings, briefings, and forums to facilitate exchange of ideas and concepts.
Provides facilitation services to promote total quality management and leadership.
Contingent upon contract award and Government funding.
Technical management experience supervising combat system configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair.
Scenario development, scripting, and role playing experience; or recent in-depth Combat Systems Training Team experience.
Configuration and operation experience for one or more of the following systems:
Modeling and Simulation, Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF) / Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT)
Tactical Data Information Link (TDL) generation systems supporting: LOS Link 11(A), LOS Link 16, Satellite-J, Joint Range Extension Protocol, and Multicast-TDL-J.
Global Command and Control System-Maritime
Project planning experience.
BS/BA and five (5) years experience supporting ATG MIDPAC.
ACTIVE Secret security clearance verifiable in JPAS.
