STG, Inc is seeking an outstanding Program Manager in support of The United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) mission located at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Program Manager directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Duties include:

Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
Participate in negotiating contract and contract changes
Coordinate preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract
Act as primary customer contact for program activities and lead program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance
Develop new business and/or expands business with the customer
Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules and identify program problems and obtains solutions in areas such as resource allocation or changing contractual specifications
Direct the work of technical and administrative employees assigned to this critical, major program of high risk and technical complexity
Develop and coordinate new program plans or delivery methods with little precedence for coordination across distinctive technologies or customer
Develop solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
Program serves multiple customers and requires developing and coordinating program requirements with several subcontractors across distinct technology areas. Program is centered at one primary geographic location with one or more remote sites. Multiple technical specialties are represented by the employees directly assigned to the program. New technologies requiring coordination of applications across program requirements. Develops solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Significant future growth represented in several discrete, developing components. Long-range forecast is projected to continue for seven or more years.

MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree in engineering or business preferred
24 semester hours in mathematical, engineering, or quantitative analysis courses
A minimum of 10 years' program-related experience in related areas with at least 5 or more years' cost analysis experience
Project (PMP) or Program (PgMP) Management Professional certified
Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources (cost and software data reporting) and EVM
Top Secret or ability to obtain interim TS
Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of U.S. Army
Demonstrate understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and an advanced understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems
Expertise in management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate database, network, and communications subsystems
Performs the role of the Change Manager using the latest ITIL Foundations framework as guide to change management practices
Responsible for change management procedures and processes and suggests changes to meet customer requirements
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
