Job Description
Identify, manage, escalation, and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks.
Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking. Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.
Typical experience in the field is 3-5 years.
Previous experience imaging desktops/laptops with Windows 7 is helpful.
Candidate will provide phone support for field projects.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
