Description: MDI Group (www.mdigroup.com) is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst for an 8-12 month contract engagement. This position is located in Chandler, AZ. The pay rate is up to $45-50/hr. depending on experience

Summary:
The Sr. Systems Analyst will help design and define functional specifications; produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned, and will assist in post implementation support and system enhancements.
Will Work alone or as part of a team to develop, implement, evaluate, procure, and/or support computer systems and information solutions that meet the needs of the customer and add the most value to the company.
Establish and maintain a high level of customer interaction in order to identify and recommend computer and business solutions to effectively and efficiently satisfy the data processing and information requirements of the business.
Identify, establish and support value-added cross-functional data and system linkages.
Follow appropriate methodologies, support processes, procedures, standards, and conventions.
Manage a single system service or multiple smaller projects including project estimates, status communications, and schedules; execute the plans including regular review with immediate supervisor; direct the day-to-day activity for the team.
Requirements:
Strong agile methodology experience required
Experience running 2 to 4 week sprints
Highly skilled in requirements gathering
Must have experience managing the business side along with client interfacing
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent collaborative, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
