Roles & Responsibilities
:
Responsible for requirement discussions with Business user.
Interact independently with customers.
Convert business requirement to functional requirement.
Should know System analysis techniques and tools
Handle requirements of concurrent in flight releases.
Liaise with design and development team to get an understanding of the application.
Perform Project Manage tasks to ensure progress against the schedule, track project financials, manage staffing requirements, identify and mitigate risks and address any issues
Deliver status updates and prepare weekly and bi-weekly status reports to be reviewed by the senior leadership and client executives.
Provide guidance and clarify queries on functional requirement documents to the Development and QA team
Definition of the development standards
Updates to any documentation as required
Participation in Global Workshop design sessions
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Self driven, thoughtful
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
Leads others toward technical accomplishments and collaborative project team efforts

Bachelor's Degree / Masters in Computer Science or Equivalent
