Job Description
1. Able to work independently with minimal guidance
2. Hands-on experience in Pro-E (must have experience in preparing vehicle layouts or machine layouts using Pro-E in recent past)
3. Experience in powertrain related systems especially cooling systems and engines - isolator is preferrable but not an absolute need
4. Experience in system integration at an OEM level - creating requirements document, receiving proposals from suppliers, evaluating proposals, comparing proposals against requirements and presenting it to higher management for approval and pushing suppliers to get designs that meets requirement
5. Collaboration with internal customers - purchasing, service, marketing, machine design group, electrical, and hydraulics group
6. Good communication skill (both verbal and written) to suit US culture
7. Good presentation skills
8 .Ability to manage one L&T off shore resource to support project
