Job Description:
A minimum of 5
years of experience in SAP CRM. Support experience in global environments having multiple countries on SAP and knowledge of IT service management is must.Expert level in-depth knowledge of configuring and supporting business processes in SAP CRM module.Expert and indepth knowledge of WEBUI , with at least one full lifecycle implementationExpert understanding of CRM middlewareExpert knowledge of ABAP.Experience in Entity Management , Opportunity Management , Marketing, Account planning, Activity Management , Campaigns , Middleware , etc.Experience in solution designExperience writing functional specifications for change requests, creating test plans, process documentation and conducting user trainingExcellent written/verbal communication, inter-personal and organizational skills are essential.Well experienced in building and supporting interfaces with outside systems.Capable of working directly with technical teams such as ABAP and Basis and be able to define technical requirements for those teams.Ability to handle high severity issues and work on multiple issues in parallel. Experience in support ticketing system is must
