Position
Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse with 3-5 years nursing experience, which must include 1-3 years ED and/or Pediatric ED experience. This candidate will also need to have proven clinical expertise; leadership abilities with Charge experience, and if not completed on hire ongoing educational advancement to BSN level per the MH policies. The ANM is responsible for filling in for the NM in the managers' absence, understanding scheduling, budget allocations, hospital and regulatory policies and procedures.
Minimum Education:
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
