Human Resource Administrator
Administrative
Reconcile payroll benefit deductions.
Coordinate communication to hourly staff through online scheduling software.
Processes are documented.
iCare cards are created weekly and distributed to new employees and replacements are provided as needed.
Employment verifications
Process benefit eligibility report.
Ad hoc HR reporting as needed
Manage HR department's mail.
Manage terminated employee file storage and organization.
HRIS & Payroll
Process new hires, transfers, and terminations quickly and accurately in all electronic systems.
Process garnishments and child support notices.
Vacation management is communicated, balances are maintained and necessary adjustments are processed in payroll prior to payroll processing.
Terminated employees are reviewed for earned and unused vacation.
Audit payroll for active unpaid employees post payroll processing.
Maintain all HRIS systems (PeopleMatter and Paylocity) and stay current on new development
Support setup of NRO HR Systems to meet timeline.
Compliance
Paperwork is filled out correctly by stores.
All I-9's are audited upon receipt and on regular I-9 Audit Schedule
Labor posters are kept up to date at all locations
Service & Hospitality
Communication with employees, guests, and vendors is gracious, warm & welcoming, and responsive
Individuals are comfortable coming with questions or concerns
Proactive measures are taken and processes are created to minimize ongoing issues or concerns
HR calls and messages are answered timely
Communication
Communications to the restaurants are consolidated and important.
Schedule regular IPC with Director of HR
IDPs are used to support individual development

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
