Title: RN, HOUSE SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME NIGHTS)

The RN House Supervisor provides facility-wide oversight and coordination of assigned personnel and services. Is responsible for assisting Administrators, Department Directors and Clinical Leads in the accomplishment of department responsibilities for the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with Corporate, hospital and departmental policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Acts as a liaison with patients and their representatives, physicians, hospital staff and various outside agencies. In the Director's absence, the House Supervisor assumes administrative and clinical responsibility of facility operations and resource utilization house-wide, with consideration of all factors related to the safety, effectiveness and cost of planning and delivering patient care. Also responsible for appropriate communication to the designated Administrator on Call and/or individual Department Director and any required followup.
Must have SC RN license, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Current BLS is required and ACLS and PALS are preferred. Two years of ED or Critical Care and one year of charge experience is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
