Senior IT Consultant needed in The Woodlands, TX. Will provide support and expertise on Real Time Systems (RTS) applications for Business Unit of power company. In this regard will ensure availability of applications for end users, as well as support the planning, design, development, and testing of new applications and enhancements. Must have MS EE, Computer Engineering, or closely related scientific discipline; alternatively BS EE, Computer Engineering, or closely related scientific discipline and four years progressive software solution design experience; in depth knowledge of: entire software development process; real time systems applications; C (or variants such as C++, C#) Programming Language, Visual Studio IDE; Windows 2008; managing ICCP database and connectivity with external partners; formal test processes, including Test (Use) Case development, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT); User Acceptance Test (UAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT); SCADA modeling and troubleshooting.
