We are in need of a Windows Technologies Manager with experience in system integration, architecture, virtualization, and automation. You will be responsible for managing US and Offshore teams of 8
Windows administrators and oversee the administration and maintenance of our Windows based environments including hardware, software, and virtualization technologies.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Create, execute, and revise project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Review and manage Windows administrator workloads to ensure correct prioritization and progress.
Manage and prioritize competing deliverables and timelines.
Establish and implement policies, procedures and standards, ensuring conformance with information systems and objectives.
Conduct weekly team meetings and attend other meetings as required for project status or issue resolution.
Adapt to changes in the work environment and change approach or method to best fit the situation.
Collaborate with the Team Lead to develop and maintain operational process and procedures.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
5
years of Management experience handling supervisory/management responsibilities.
8-10
years of Microsoft Windows experience.
Experience working in a large Managed Services environment is a plus.
Demonstrate leadership and interact well with front line and management providing consultation and expert advice.
Display willingness to make decisions. Exhibit sound and accurate judgment. Support and explain reasoning for decisions.
Strong written and verbal skills and a desire to create an open and collaborative team culture.
Experience with automation concepts and toolsets welcome.
Experience with virtual technologies such as VMware.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
