School district of over 5,000 students in rural community with 45 Sodexo staff requiring a GM who is able to develop strong relationships with food servcie staff, principals, other district staff, client, superintendent, board and community. GM will need to have strong communication skills both verbal and written, good operational skills and ability to motivate food service staff, work with diverse groups and intergrate and adapt their mananagement style to align with the distircts values and culture.
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate''s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
